New Hope Resource Center is a faith-based social service agency that partners with North County Food Pantry. Their mission is to serve basic human needs in North Spokane County including the communities of Riverside, Elk, Chattaroy, Colbert, and Mead.

There are no income eligibility requirements and you do not have to prove need. They provide over 20,000 meals each month through their home delivered meal program. Those individuals who need a little extra help with their nutrition can receive deliveries of Ensure Plus. Please call (509) 924-6976 to discuss order and delivery options. If you are 60 years of age or older, live in Spokane County, and are essentially home-bound, you may be eligible to receive home delivered meals. Caregivers of seniors and those who have disabilities may also be eligible to purchase meals.
